2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic (Sweden): Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days

  • EU countries: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days

  • International: Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Free shipping may be available for specific items or promotions and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

3. Carriers

We primarily ship via PostNord, DHL, or UPS, depending on the destination and service selected. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Certain countries may have restrictions on deliveries from Sweden due to local regulations or sanctions.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • Include your order number and any relevant details

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if applicable

Occasional delays due to weather, customs inspections, strikes, or other unforeseen events may occur. We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will do our best to keep you informed.
