Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

We strive to ensure that our supporters, customers, and participants are satisfied with every purchase or donation. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on physical products (e.g. merchandise, publications) under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Please note: We do not accept returns on digital products (e.g. downloadable content), event tickets, or donation-based contributions.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@invisiblepeople.se with the subject “Return Request – [Order Number]” and include:

  • A description of the reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if item is damaged)

  • Your contact details

We will reply within 3 business days with instructions for returning your item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads or streaming access

  • Event tickets (unless canceled by us)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Donations and voluntary contributions

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider or bank (processing times may vary)

  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@invisiblepeople.se

8. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
